Ok i’ll cut the crap hahahahaha.

Here’s the real story…

I was in fact looking in my basement for my lawn mower battery pack (lol) and couldn’t find it, when i came across a small cardboard box with a bit of dust over it.
I went hummmm, what’s in there?
BANG! It was full of old BASF Chrome cassettes.
I thought it would be a good idea to listen to them, before throwing away everything in the garbage.
What a GREAT MOVE!
First thing i hear: “HEART ATTACK”
What?????????????
Ok it sounded like a demo but the essence of the song was awesome!
By the way, each cassette contained many song ideas i had in the 80s and some even contained entire songs.
It was mainly NewWave/Alternative stuff.

I thought about the hole thing and finally decided to revive this old project of mine.
But to my own surprise, i started having new song ideas too!
So i figured that i could mix the old ideas with the new ones.
Heck why not?
After finishing the first few songs, i really, really started to dig where i wanted to go with this project.
Then all of a sudden, “The Eighties Are Back” name popped up.
Simple and straight to the point. Nothing fancy.
Now remember guys that we’re talking about late 2019 here.
I finally decided to release the first 4 songs in 2020 but it was a stupid move why?
COVID!!!!!!!! Talk about a bad timing. No one on earth cared about anything else.
Remember? Geeee what a crazy era.
Anyways, i stopped the hole thing and figured that i should wait for the hole world to get back to it’s “normal state” (so to speak).
The problem is, i went on doing other projects and let go the idea of: “The Eighties Are Back”.
But in the spring of 2024, i was preparing myself the mow the lawn (yep that again hahahahaha) and heard on the radio:
“I FEEL SO STRONG”!
I went : “WTF”?????????????????????????????
This can’t be real right?
I was sooooo pumped whoaaaaaaa.
Guess what happened after?
Yep, i started to work on the project again.
“All The Ones You Ever Loved” was composed.
Then: “Eyes On The road” and finally:
“Where Integrity Dies”
I then scheduled the release of these songs, for the rest of the year (2024).

I got way more songs coming up that’s for sure. I’m having so much fun right now. I feel like a kid! My goal is to release at least 5 new songs a year.
